The safety of our models, clients and our employees are always our top priority

Due to Covid-19, YUMM has been forced to close its offices temporarily. Some of our staff that are not furloughed continue to work remotely and are thus fully available. However, it also means we may longer than usual to answer questions sent to our main enquiry line: Our agency line of 020 3633 1422 is only open for very urgent queries and in most cases, should you call it, you will be directed to email anyway. In the interim and until we fully reopen, thank you for your patience, continued understanding and above all, we wish you and your loved ones well in this difficult time.

For existing models and clients:

In these difficult and uncertain times, we want you to know how much we appreciate you be you a valued client or model. Thank you for your trust and continued support. For the very few jobs still going on (based on the partial unlocking of the economy), ensuring your welfare and safety are always at the forefront of our minds. For all jobs, either the agency or client will pay for a taxi to and from the job workplace.

The vast majority of jobs on our jobs board are future jobs and so, if you fail to hear back from us concerning an application you may have made, it may not necessarily mean that you have been declined. It may more likely mean that, the posting client is not ready to cast and/or decide on models until it is safe to do so based on governmental Covid rules. Indeed, these are everchanging.

As for model contracts, and due to the government rules forced upon all agencies and models alike, all contracts have been automatically extended for the period from March 15 to whenever the lockdown FULLY ends. We have no date whatsoever when that date may be and so, your guess is as much as ours. This action, amongst others, has been due to model demand. If the agency is unable to operate properly and in an unconstrained manner, we are unable to fully represent our models, in terms of finding them work. Likewise, we do not feel it apposite to penalise models for not proactively applying for jobs on our jobs board.

For new applicants:

Whist we are not currently interviewing for reasons already outlined above, our applications forms are still open. When the agency resumes, the recruitment team, as usual, will peruse your application, and if you are deemed suitable, you will be invited in for an interview.

YUMM Management

Take care, be safe and thank you for your patience.
